Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
Information we collect
When you start a donation review we collect the contact details and asset information you provide, any documents you choose to upload, and your recorded consent choices. We also record technical details of how you reached us: the site you arrived on, the page you landed on, the referring source and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
How we use it
- To evaluate the proposed gift and follow up with you about it.
- To engage title, environmental, valuation and legal professionals where needed.
- To maintain the records and audit history our governance requires.
- To understand which sites and sources donors use to reach us.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not publish donor identities or asset details without written permission. We do not share your submission beyond the reviewers and the professionals engaged on your specific matter, except where law requires it.
Communications and consent
Email and SMS consent is recorded with the date and time you gave it. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us, and we will keep only the records our governance and applicable law require.
Saved progress on your device
The review form saves your progress locally in your browser so you can return to it. Clearing your browser storage removes it. Nothing is transmitted until you submit.
Retention and access
Submissions and documents are retained as part of the review record. You may ask what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Contact details pending
The mailing address and privacy contact for requests under this policy are published once the organization's authorized registration details are entered. Until then, privacy requests can be made through the review team handling your matter.
